Day 1-Arrival CAPE TOWN
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport where your personal guide will meet you on arrival. Receive a special welcome pack including South African delicacies such as biltong, dried fruits, famous South African manufactured nougat and South African red wine. Your gift will also include a carefully selected hand-made South African curio. General information, brochures and maps amongst others will all form part of the pack. Limousine transfer to Signal Hill where Pongraz will be served while gazing over the City of Cape Town - a stunning panoramic view of the ocean as well as Table Mountain creating a backdrop for the Mother City below. Drink in the splendor and beauty as far as the eye can see while sipping on your sparkling wine. Continue by limousine to Cape Grace Hotel. Upon arrival you will be assisted with your check in, porters will handle your luggage. With a classically inspired exterior and graceful elegance within, Cape Grace offers the ultimate experience for discerning travellers. Set on its own private quay on Cape Town's vibrant Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, the hotel is a destination in itself. Visit Bascule day or night to enjoy a slice of the cities social energy. Sit down to an exclusive whisky tasting in the unique Bascule, learn about the ancient and fascinating history of whisky and the art of distilling, maturing and blending with a selection of six whiskies, including single malts, blended whiskies and bourbons from around the world. A variety of light gourmet appetizers, specially selected to complement the "water of life," are also served. Choose from one of three tastings, categorized according to the age of the whiskies. The presentations take place in Bascule at 18h00 on various evenings throughout the week. After a fine whisky tasting, dinner will follow in Cape Grace Hotel's restaurant, sit down to a sophisticated fine dining experience. Day 2-CAPE TOWN Historical walking tour & Yacht Sundowner Cruise
Freshen up and continue to the breakfast room where a variety of choices are available, buffet style, all ingredients freshly prepared. Depart with your personal guide to Cape Town city centre where you will continue on a fascinating private walking tour of Cape Town. Explore the Old Town, catch the buzz of the city in Greenmarket Square, hear fascinating tales of Dutch rule at the Castle of Good Hope and Grand Parade, and see where slaves were traded and where they toiled in the Company's Garden. Visit Parliament, where the apartheid laws were passed and repealed and hear of the consequences of racism at District Six. Sites include St George's Mall, Flower Sellers, Grand Parade, Castle of Good Hope and City Hall, District Six, Slave Tree Site and Slave Lodge (Smuts Statue), Parliament, Government Avenue and Tuynhuis, Company's Garden (Rhodes Statue), St George's Anglican Cathedral (enter cathedral). All these historical building styles depict different eras in Cape Town's history. Return to Cape Grace Hotel and freshen up before departing on a 2 hour cruise aboard the "Spirit of the Cape" - a privately owned luxury yacht available for the exclusive use of Cape Grace guests; "she" is a 56ft Aicon fly-bridge luxury motor yacht berthed in the cosmopolitan yacht marina in front of the hotel's Bascule Bar with private access for hotel guests. Sail atop the comfortable teak deck view the magnificent clear blue ocean in front of you and breathe the fresh sea air as you sip on your sundowner drink, surrounded by the crystal clear waters of Camps Bay. On return to Cape Grace Hotel, spend time at leisure and freshen up, before your personal guide will meet you. Tonight you will visit a real South African Family and taste the different flavours of typical South African dishes while discussing culinary secrets with the chef.

Day 3-CAPE TOWN Full day Table Mountain & exclusive Shopping experience
Breakfast at the hotel before your personal guide will meet you for a private morning Table Mountain visit. Continue to the top of Table Mountain by revolving cable car; a world heritage site, the summit of Cape Town's world-famous landmark is 1086 m above sea level. Reach the top and look down onto a magnificent, awe-inspiring sky and city below. (Weather permitting) On return your private guide will await you, continue to your hotel where your personal shopping advisor will meet you. Continue on an afternoon of "shop till you drop." The experience is completely tailor made and caters to your needs, whether it is artifacts, decor, fashion, antiques, jewellery, wine, property, furniture, exotic leathers, etc., you will not be disappointed. Look for that one in a million ostrich leather handbag or that authentic piece of jewelery not found anywhere else. Return to Cape Grace Hotel. Clients are welcome to complete the following optional excursion: Continue on the ferry to Robben Island. Formerly a political prison and leper colony before that, this historic landmark was recently established as a museum and national monument. Experience the conditions of incarceration, view Nelson Mandela's maximum-security prison cell (Cell 5) and see the lime quarries. (Excluded - weather & time permitting) Freshen up before your private transfer will be waiting and continue to Baia restaurant - a landmark for fine seafood and cuisine in Cape Town. Day 4-CAPE TOWN Seidelberg Wine Estate & Red Hot Glass (Glass Cutting)
After a sumptuous breakfast you will be met by your tour guide at Cape Grace Hotel. Continue from Cape Town to the scenic town of Paarl, situated in the winelands, cradled between Paarl Mountain with its magnificent 50 million year old granite boulders and towering Du Toitskloof Mountain range. Visit the Afrikaans Language Monument which was erected in 1975 to honor the Afrikaans Language. The Monument's design has specific meanings: Three linked columns symbolise the contribution of the Western world to Afrikaans, three rounded shapes represent the contribution of Africa, and a wall for the contribution of the Malaysian people. A fountain symbolizes new ideas and a pillar soaring 57 meters above the fountain represents the growth of the language. To Seidelberg Wine Estate, buildings on over 300 years of tradition by delighting visitors from around the world with its superb wine selection. Sit down for lunch at De Leuwen Jagt Restauracht and marvel at the amazing views of vineyards as far as the eye can see while sipping Seidlberg’s unique handcrafted wines. Visit Red Hot Glass situated next to De Leuwen Jagt Restaurant and view the glass blowers in action as they create their designs. Many different glass master pieces are on display. From here you will continue to the magnificent Le Quartier Francais, an exclusive boutique hotel situated in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley, Cape Winelands. Tucked away in secluded gardens it offers a delightful haven of peace and tranquility. A total gastronomic experience can be enjoyed here. Check in at one of the Four Quarters Suites, featuring a generously sized suite overlooking a central courtyard and lap pool. Decorated using the ultimate in luxury fittings, fabrics, finishes and artwork by local talent. Your Suite comprises of a separate lounge and bedroom area with walk in dressing room. Day 5-Full day Private Guided Winelands Tour (Wine & Chocolate tasting)
Sit down to a full South African breakfast before departing from the hotel on a full day private guided Winelands Tour. Visit Waterford Wine Estate in Stellenbosch described as an all-encompassing sensory experience, their wine and chocolate tasting is a unique flavor experience with custom-made chocolates paired with their red and dessert wines. To Haute Cabriere Wine Estate in Franschhoek where you will view the "sabrage sauvage" ancient techniques of slicing open a champagne bottle with a sword. Taste Haute Cabriere's famous, award winning wines in their cellar, taste, smell and experience the winemaker's world. Lunch at La Petit Ferme, a feast of culinary delights that beguile and entertain the food reflects the creative energy and raw talent of a dedicated staff combined with an abundance of fresh local ingredients. Return to Le Quartier Francais and freshen up. You have the option of dining at Le Quartier Francais or at one of the distinctive restaurants in Franschhoek such as Le Bon Vivant, Bouillabaisse or Reubens.

Day 6-Franschhoek - Cape Town Airport - Johannesburg
On arrival at OR Tambo Airport you will be transferred in a luxury vehicle to your hotel. Check in at Michelangelo Hotel on Nelson Mandela Square, with its signature Renaissance architecture, elegance and service excellence, the hotel creates a lasting impression from the moment you arrive. Day 7-Johannesburg to Sabi Sabi - Private Game Reserve
After another exquisite breakfast, the porters and your personal guide will assist with check out before you will continue to OR Tambo International Airport. Check in for your flight to Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve. Relax in the premier lounge / federal air lounge (dependant on airline) before boarding your flight. On arrival at the Sabi Sabi Airstrip your private vehicle and ranger will welcome you and continue to Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge. Day 8-Johannesburg to Sabi Sabi - Private Game Reserve
Awaken from a deep rest and enjoy tea or coffee before departing on an early morning game drive. Feast your eyes on light falling on the grass, vegetation and camel thorn trees. Listen to the birdlife as the day is welcomed. After an exhilarating game drive, return to Earth Lodge. Sit down to a relaxed breakfast. Make sure to have your binoculars ready as you explore any movement in the bush, in the not so far distance while feasting on a meticulously prepared breakfast buffet. Renew your spirit at the Earth Nature Spa and Exercise Centre where massages, natural therapies or classic spa treatments are on offer.; this luxurious spa facility offers advanced skin and body treatments, hydrotherapy, a double treatment suite and an exercise facility. Indulge yourself with a variety of skin treatments, relaxing or energizing massages and a host of other traditional therapeutic body spa and skin care treatments. Day 9-Johannesburg to Sabi Sabi - Private Game Reserve
Enjoy an early coffee or tea and depart on an early morning walk. Your expert ranger will point out every small detail, from the names of the fauna and flora surrounding you to the footprints of many of the animal species roaming the area. Breakfast at your lodge while discussing your exhilarating bush walk. Depart at approximately 10h30 for your private Shangaan cultural experience and community visit. Stop at a school and see the children in their natural environment, continue to an art, crafts and carvings area where you can wonder in amazement at the unique artistry carried over from one generation to the next. Visit a typical Shangaan village where you can taste traditional dishes such as pap, sheba, samp, marogh and beans. Your local, personal guide will give you valuable information on the culture and day to day living of the Shangaan people before your return to Earth Lodge at approximately 14h00/14h30. Visit the secluded library, art gallery and meditation garden; all these spaces created for your indulgencee. Your final sundowner game drive, look out for the animals you must see again and watch in awe as the night sky falls over the day. A private dinner will be the perfect ending to your final evening at Earth Lodge, a spectacular meal prepared in the comfort and luxury of your suite, either on the patio or in the exquisite sitting room. *PLEASE NOTE: Getty House is offered for an additional supplement. Day 10-Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge to Johannesburg
A final breakfast at the mesmerising Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge before checking out. Depart to Johannesburg. On arrival at OR Tambo Airport your will be transferred in a luxury vehicle to your hotel. Check in at Michelangelo Hotel on Nelson Mandela Square.

Day 11-Johannesburg - Zambia
After a splendid breakfast, check out. Your tour guide will transfer you in a luxury vehicle to OR Tambo International Airport. Relax in the business class lounge before boarding your flight. Check in is 2 hours prior to departure. Depart to Zambia - Livingstone. On arrival at Livingstone Airport you will be met by your driver and continue on a private transfer from Livingstone Airport to The Royal Livingstone Hotel. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink while your luggage is checked in. The Royal Livingstone, a sophisticated five star Hotel lying on the lush green forested banks of the Zambezi River. A stone's throw away from the mighty Victoria Falls, the Royal Livingstone overlooks the smooth waters of the Zambezi, just before it plunges over the legendary waterfall creating a permanent waterspray. Expect excellent service from the butler assigned to your room as each butler is only responsible for a certain number of clients; service levels are very personalized. Your butler will take care of any of your requests including arranging room service, organizing valet and laundry, calling for your golf cart to move you about the resort in comfort. Your luxurious bedroom with its private balcony or terrace has a superb view of the Zambezi River. Spend time to breath in the fresh African air indulge in the luxuries of your room as you freshen and relax in the Victorian bath or large walk in shower. Continue to the hotel lounge where your private transfer will collect you at 16h30pm and transfer you to The Royal Landing. From here you will be greeted with the rest of the guests by the sounds of a Marimba Band, a local instrument that laments the sounds of Africa. Step on to the African Queen/Princess river boat with a special cocktail drink and experience sheer luxury as you indulge in personalized service fit for Kings and Queens, enjoy the view and marvel at the many species of game and bird life that the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National park has to offer on the bank of the Zambezi River. After returning to the Royal Landing you be transferred on a private bus to the Royal Livingstone Hotel where you will spend the next 3 nights (including tonight).

Day 12-Zambia Full day Victoria Falls (Helicopter Flip & Guided Tour)
Breakfast is served on the verandah overlooking the lawns and the Zambezi River - a perfect way to start the day. You will be collected at the hotel and continue with a private transfer to the helicopter departure point. You will depart on the famous "Flight of the Angels," affording guests a superior view of Victoria Falls (The Smoke that Thunders) as it flies lower and slower than a fixed wing aircraft. The Victoria Falls constitutes one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world. The Local people call it "Mosi-oa-Tunya" - the smoke that thunders. The sheer size and grandeur of the spectacle becomes all the more clearer from above. The huge Zambezi River flowing slowly south with hippos and crocodiles clearly visible in the shallow waters, elephant quietly browsing on bright green islands as the water spreads across the full width of a great rent in the earth before crashing over the lip in a burst of spray and then squeezing into a narrow, foaming, blast of water rushing down the zig zag funnel of the gorges. After an exceptional flight continue on a private guided walk through Victoria Falls National Park and view the Falls from the ground. The strength of the water tumbling down will take your breath away, declared as a World Heritage Site in 1989 for being one of the most spectacular water cataracts in the world. It is a place of legend, romance and myth. End the private tour with a visit to the local arts and crafts market. Private return transfer to the Royal Livingstone Hotel. Spend the rest of the day under the resort's deep, shaded verandah, offering an uninterrupted view of the Zambezi and the ideal place to curl up with a book from the well-stocked library. The lounge is filled with original artwork depicting scenes of David Livingstone's great African adventures. Freshen up before dinner will be served, set in the grounds of the hotel, under the monkey tree with traditional African entertainment accompanying the dinner followed by some entertainment provided by a local witch doctor.

Day 13-Chobe National Park
After a splendid breakfast, at 07h30am a private transfer will take you to Chobe National Park in Botswana, only a 1-hour drive from Livingstone. It is one of the greatest game reserves in southern Africa and famous for the number of elephants that live there. The Chobe River flows lazily through the Caprivi flood plains and provides a haven for huge herds of buffalo and elephant, zebra, wildebeest and impala which are followed closely by predators including lion, hyena, the elusive leopard and the odd pack of the now rare wild dog. The bird life in particular is exceptional. Travelling to Chobe includes an exciting crossing by boat of the Zambezi River at the point where the 4 countries of Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia meet. The Safari starts with a morning game viewing cruise on the Chobe River with tea, coffee, drinks and snacks being served on board. Large flocks of birds, big pods of hippos and very large crocodiles are all around. After disembarking, lunch is served at Chobe Marina Lodge, overlooking Chobe River and the plains beyond. In the afternoon, open safari vehicles are used for a game drive into the park. The game drive meanders its way back to Customs and Immigration, before crossing the Zambezi and then transferring to Livingstone. Return to Royal Livingstone Hotel at approximately 18h30pm. You will have time to freshen up before a private dinner on your balcony / terrace.* *Dependant on which room you are confirmed in.

Day 14-Full Day Elephant Experience & Dining on the Royal Express
Early morning tea/coffee before continuing on a private transfer to Thorntree Lodge in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. It is not often one can climb onto the back of an African Elephant and set off at an easy rolling pace in search of other wild game; wild elephant, giraffe, buffalo and much more. This is an elephant "experience" and the guides are highly trained experts in the behavior of elephants and the wildlife around them. Continue on a day trail, beginning at Thorntree Lodge in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park which is an attractive lodge overlooking the Zambezi River. Tea, coffee and cordials are served upon arrival and after a short introductory talk and safety-briefing guests are introduced to the elephants and their handlers before mounting the great animals. The handler and no more than two guests on each animal then head off through the riverine bush, crossing the river in shallow water to get onto the many islands. Halfway through the ride guests will dismount and interact with the elephants on the ground giving the guides an opportunity to make an interesting and informative explanation about the African Elephant and their relationship with man. Safaris in the morning last approximately 4 hours and end with a full English breakfast and the opportunity to view a video of each guest's elephant ride. Private return transfer to Royal Livingstone Hotel. Spend the afternoon relaxing tight muscles after the elephant back ride. Lie down on a massage bed for an aromatherapy massage, a gentle therapeutic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system through the power of touch. Aromatic plant oils are combined to relax and rejuvenate the body. While your masseuse soothes your body, look out onto the waters of the Zambezi River. Freshen up before fulfilling your romantic fantasy, escape on a late afternoon train journey amidst the untamed natural Zambia bushveld. The journey begins when you're collected from the Royal Livingstone Hotel at 17h00pm and transferred to the old Mulobezi Line Offices, where guests board the immaculate vintage first class Lounge carriage. A unique dining experience combining the luxury of Sun International's Royal Livingstone hotel with the charm of rail travel. The train is an all inclusive luxury rail experience rooted in the nostalgia of a bygone era. Travel leisurely as the sun sets into a timeless world of grace, elegance and romance, where the natural splendor will stir your imagination and the luxurious comfort soothes your soul. Sit down to fine wining and dining as you travel through the picturesque Zambezi Valley. Sit down in the Pullman Suite style coaches which have been lovingly restored to their former glory. The ambiance of the dining carriage offers more than warm elegance. The sash windows allow for panoramic views of the passing parade, while the incandescent lighting adds intimate warmth from individual lamps on each table gently illuminating the beautifully detailed wooden interiors. Return to The Royal Hotel after dinner and get lost in a deep sleep, still feeling the gentle rocking of the train.

Day 15-Livingstone - Johannesburg
Private transfer to Livingstone Airport from where you check in for your flight to OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) where you will connect with your flight back home.
